What's a token?
Roughly four characters of text. Tokens are the unit of work for every AI feature on the platform — generating a spec, drafting a reply, running a code migration — and each plan includes a generous monthly allowance.
Monthly vs. yearly?
Yearly is 10x the monthly rate — two months free. Same token bucket per month either way; you just lock the price for a year.
What happens when I hit zero?
Hard stop. The UI shows an upgrade nudge with a one-click button to bump your plan. Already-running jobs finish; new agent calls are paused until you upgrade or the bucket refills on the 1st.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes, anytime. Stripe handles the pro-rata billing; the new bucket replaces the old one immediately.
Do auto background jobs burn my tokens?
No — operational background work (email summary, daily digest) is on us. Only user-initiated AI runs deduct from your bucket.
Is VAT included?
Prices exclude VAT. EU VAT is calculated by Stripe Tax at checkout based on your billing country.
Where is data stored?
EU region (eu-west-1) by default. Enterprise can choose other regions.
